We will begin class focused on our breath and setting intentions before moving through an hour of a creative and energizing sequence . The last part of class will be dedicated to an inward practice like meditation or reflection.

Cancellation Policy

Cancel or reschedule within 24 hours for a full refund. If you cancel after 24 hours, there is a 50% nonrefundable fee of your booking. If you do not show up or cancel before class starts, you will be charged the full fee of your booking.
