About the event
Twice a month I go live with a unique 90 minute class where you will learn, chant, move, and discuss.
This "Protect Your Power" class will be focused on the Goddess Durga.
WE WILL:
-Learn about the Divine Mother Durga and how she helps us destruct evil
-Chant her protective mantra
-Flow and release anger, jealousy, and hatred
-Support one another in discussion of what you're working through
