Together let's cultivate and share some light with the world.
We will begin with a beautiful chant to harness this energy -
Lokah Samastah Sukhino Bhavantu "May all beings be happy and free."
Then we will have a 60 minute flowy practice that is uplifting and joyful!
Finally we will have a discussion about your vision for a better world.
