Bring a yoga mat or towel and meet us under the palm trees in Cangrejal Park. Ben will guide us in an hour long Somatic Breathwork session with upbeat music and good vibes. I've been doing breathwork with Ben for a while and the benefits of this practice help to calm my nervous system, step into a different state of mind, and purify and vibrate the tension out of my body.
